Know Your Neighbourhood: Campbell River South
The next area in our Know Your Neighbourhood series is Campbell River South.
South of the Jubilee Parkway, and is primarily a coastal and rural community. Larger properties and large homes offer the quiet country lifestyle, perfect for equestrians and people looking for more space. If you’re lucky, you may be able to grab a beachfront house. It’s home to the Stories Beach, Oyster bay, the Storey Creek Golf Club and many Oceanside resorts. This area is rural living at its finest, yet still within easy distance to everyday amenities, shopping, and schools. It’s just over a 20 minute drive to get to either Campbell River’s downtown or the neighbouring town of Courtenay. Campbell River South is another great place for homeowners to stretch out and escape the busier parts of Campbell River.
